No. Backsight Demolition does not perform asbestos, lead, mold or other hazardous-material abatement, or environmental remediation. That work is completed by licensed specialty contractors before we mobilize, and we coordinate our schedule around their clearance. Because we are not the abatement contractor, there is no incentive on our side to expand that scope, and our demolition crews can mobilize the day clearance is issued.
