ASSET RECOVERY & RECYCLING
Asset Recovery & Recycling
We don't automatically scrap everything. We identify equipment, metals, and materials with resale or recycling value to help offset your project costs.
Turning Demolition Into Recovered Value
Before any structural work begins, Backsight Demolition evaluates every industrial facility for equipment, machinery, and materials that carry resale or recycling value. Working equipment goes through our surplus buying program, structural steel and metals are sorted for recycling, and the recovered value is applied directly against your project cost.
This approach is core to how we operate: demolition and recovery happen together, not as an afterthought.
We serve industrial clients across Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee .
What We Recover
Surplus Equipment Buying
Machinery and equipment in working or repairable condition is purchased and resold rather than scrapped.
Structural Steel & Metal Recycling
Steel framing, rebar, and other metals are sorted and routed to recycling to reduce waste and recover value.
Concrete Crushing & Reuse
Concrete debris is crushed on site for reuse as fill or aggregate, cutting disposal costs.
Cost Offset for Your Project
Recovered value from equipment and materials is applied against your demolition bid whenever possible.
How Asset Recovery Works
1. Site Evaluation
We inventory equipment and materials on site and identify what has resale or recycling value.
2. Recovery & Sorting
Equipment is salvaged for resale and materials are sorted for recycling as demolition proceeds.
3. Value Applied to Your Bid
Recovered value is factored into your project pricing, helping offset overall costs.
